Almost Entirely Satisfied

The series entitled Almost Entirely Satisfied critically conveys the influence on the “production” of art.  The fine line between manufacturing and the authentic creative piece of art.  Almost Entirely Satisfied questions the issue, that specific art pieces are expected to have the flawless qualities of a mass produced product, it has become more than a question of presentation.  I would equate industrial mass-production processes with the de-skilling of the creative artistic process devaluing the individual perspective / concept and a way of promoting mass investment opportunities for a global art market.  The point of superficial cosmetics also investigates how industry and the media influence art in the quality of production and how art institutions adopt a quality of standards in other words promoting what the market dictates.
