Beyond the Point of Restriction

The series beyond the point of restriction questions the human socio-economic reality issue of structures / restrictions that govern our social existence. The series investigates the legal implications of a piece that occupies a space as a work of art / performance and not one of criminal intent.  The series will investigate the diverse aspects of everyday life that condition us from adolescence to the corporate car park and will function as a form of social / economic / criminal / artistic autonomy within the artists practice.  The artist coveys the point of social autonomy through a selective disregard of regulative processes that maintain social order, the work functions as a tool in identifying the numerous restrictions that exist often-nonsensical contradictions of a pattern within the human existence.

We exist in a democratic system that maintains and manipulates the human condition a condition that occupies a social / economic illusion.
